Regular delays have ruined the image of the NAC and passengers prefer to fly on private aircraft, even when the NAC offers cheaper fares. This will need to chzange. Tardiness, apathy, and incompetence can no longer be the hallmark of a new NAC. In the end, high-level officials and political actors need to understand that the flag carrier is not just a business venture; it should be a matter of national pride. The shameful state of the NAC cannot be allowed to continue.
